What is the end-of-year process in Canvas?

At the end of the year, it is important to turn off the automatic sync in the Sentral Canvas configuration screen so that any timetable updates that happen in the holidays don’t get mixed up with old data. Simply untick the checkbox in the settings to turn it off:
