How do I carry out the rollover process in Canvas?
At the start of each Academic year, you will need to “reset” the database that holds all of the Sentral data that is being sent across to Canvas. This is a very simple process. Simply click on the Rollover Data button in Sentral’s Canvas configuration screen:
Before you press this button, make sure that you have rolled over your timetable data in Sentral so that the new year’s timetable data will be used in the next sync.
