How do I import Covid-19 Letters in Wellbeing?

The NSW DOE has provided new versions of their COVID letters for upload.  These letters are available in our Wellbeing Module.
  1. NSW DOE - COVID19 - No Contact Letter
  2. NSW DOE - COVID19 - Revised Isolation Dates Letter
  3. NSW DOE - COVID19 - Student Casual Contact Letter
  4. NSW DOE - COVID19 - Student Close Contact Letter
  • If you access Wellbeing > Setup Wellbeing > Letters > Letter Repository
  • Scroll down to find the letters.

  • To the right of the letter click on the Import button.

  • Select the Name and Letter Group and click on Save.
  • Repeat the process if you wish to import all letters.
The letters is now imported and you can go into Manage Letters on left hand menu and edit the letter.

Note:  NSW Health updates the templates frequently. If a new template is available (after you have completed the initial import) there will be a refresh option against the letter in Manage Letters.

The letter will then be ready to use when you create a incident and generate a letter.

Note: Sentral has added a new Category Covid-19 with 4 Incident Types, this can be found in:
  •   Wellbeing > Setup Wellbeing > Categories.  It is currently Hidden but you can click on the Edit button and the last option Hide Category: toggle this to Yes.
These will then display as a Category on the main Wellbeing screen.
