How can I setup a Group Calendar so it is not seen by all staff?

To create a Calendar Group, please follow the below steps: 

  • Once the Calendar has been created, whilst in the calendar click Preferences 

  • Set Edit Privileges to Private: Only users set in the Access Controls 

  • Set View Privileges to the above also if you wish only a select group to view 

  • Click Save 

  • Select the Access Controls Tab 

  • Select Which Teachers can view, and which can View/Edit by checking the radio button next to their name 

  • Click Save
