How to add a new roll class - NSW Department of Education

If Sentral is chosen as the master data source for your school, you can manage the creation of roll classes in Sentral.

To add a new roll class -
1. Select Setup
2. Select Administration Data from the menu.
3. Select Roll Classes from the left menu.
4. In the Roll Classes screen, select Add Roll Classes.
5. Complete the roll class details -  
      a. Staff ID – select an option.
      b. Campus ID – (optional) enter a campus ID.
      c. Name – enter a name for the new class.
      d. Year – defaults to the current year
      e. Select Save.

Note: A student can only be a part of a single roll class per academic year.
