A staff members preferred name is not showing – how do I fix this? - NSW Department of Education

SAIS uses the Department’s identity management system to allow staff to specify a preferred name. Staff can also set their desired preferred name within the Department’s Staff Portal as a self-service process. This must be actioned by the individual for their own account and cannot be done by an administrator.
