The Sentral for Teachers App only allows you to record the key details of an incident, such as the individuals involved, the type of incident, the time, location, and description. However, follow-up actions like detention or time-out, as well as additional information, must be logged into the Sentral school management platform using a desktop.

The incidents created in the Teachers app can be located in the Wellbeing module > Incidents Register, to complete follow up actions..
