How do I change the password for a parents portal account?

As well as parents being able to "reset" their password via email, a Sentral Administrator can manually change Sentral Portal user details, including passwords.

Important to Note
This requires Sentral Administrator access

To manage Portal users, go to;

• Portal Console Setup > Manage Users > Parents
• Click on Actions > Password
