How do I setup and push payments to the Portal?
Schools can opt to use the payment option so payments can be made via the Portal. Parents are required to pay by credit card.
1. Set up bills manually in Payments module;
Create a new Portal Bill
Complete various parts of the bill.
Bills can be sent to an individual or group. Groups can be defined by activity, roll or teaching class and year group.
Select preview to view the list of students whom this payment will apply an then click Run.
2. Setup an Activity within Activities Module. Once setup you can publish to portal.You can also chose permissions in this section which you cannot do in payments module.
Bills are automatically created n Payments and the activity is updated when a parent completes.
