How do I control who can send SMS?
Messaging > Messaging Setup > Custom User Rights Access Level Controls - define who can send SMS and email by Access level eg Exec, TeacherUser Control - Sending of messages can be controlled on a per user basis, giving a much finer control of who can and cannot send specific type of messages. To give a User custom rights, check the Custom Rights checkbox, and then choose the rights you wish that user to have. Global administrators cannot have their sending rights revoked. Users with No Access to Messaging cannot be given sending rights.
