To administer medication, go to the - 1. Health module 2.Select Medication to expand menu and then Administer Medication 3. Choose the cohort for the individual you are administering the medication for -
Select Student, search for and select the student.
Select Visitor, search for and select the visitor or select Add a new Visitor to be taken to the Visitor register to create a new record.
Select Staff, search for and select the staff member.
4. Select Administer Medication 5. Below the Unscheduled Medication Administrations header, choose the Medicationname in the dropdown 6. Select Administer Selected Medication. 7. Additional fields display for completion. Time defaults to time of the record creation. Adjust the time by clicking the time link and set the correct time. 8. Save to apply. The entry will display in the Daily Administration Register.
