Why are no emergency contacts showing in Sentral?

Emergency contacts will only be populated for individuals who are flagged as Emergency Contact on the Contact Ordering screen, and who are not ALSO flagged as a primary contact.

The emergency contacts are intended to be people who are contacted in the event the primary contacts cannot be reached.
