To use a letter template within an activity
When creating an activity, schools can use letter templates to communicate details of the activity with parents. The letter template needs to be created within each activity to be available for use. To use a letter template within an activity 1. In the Activities module locate and select the activity. 2. Select the Manage dropdown to the right and select Manage Letter Templates . 3. Select New Template 4. Enter a Name for the template 5. When creating a template for an activity, the letter templates within the Activities Setup can be used as a base template. If there are no suitable templates, see article on How to create a letter template for use in activities for instructions. 6. Select Add Once completed, the letters can be used for the activity.
