How can we limit access to staff in accessing parts of wellbeing?

There are a few ways of restricting access to wellbeing incidents. You will need Sentral admin rights to access setup for wellbeing. These are explained in the article below .

  • Select Sentral Icon and navigate to Wellbeing.
  • Select Setup Wellbeing Setup Incidents Incident Options.
  • Notification Recipients can access incidents - Yes/ No enables users who are notified of an incident to view an incident, even if they would not otherwise have permission to do so.
  • Hide incidents - Yes/No - only shows incidents that a user has created. Executives can view all incidents if enabled in user permissions
  • Categories - can set a category so that any incidents in that category default to Confidential
  • Inbuilt Lists then Executive types - can specify staff who are executives

Executives and Administrators can see all incidents if this is enabled in

  • Sentral Setup then Manager User Accounts then User Accounts then Manage Permissions.
  • This is where role permissions are set for each module for Viewers, Teachers, Coordinators, Executive and where you change the default role settings. Modify Access Levels for – Wellbeing, Incidents - Can Access Confidential Incidents other than their Own and Can Access Other’s Incidents.
