How can I manage portal access in bulk?

Schools can manage portal access for Associated contacts by running a student or family member search.
However there may be occasions where you need to do this in bulk.

  • Go to Enrolments > Manage Portal Access > Associated Contacts 
  • Only contacts associated with students enrolled in the current academic period will appear. 
  • To update Portal Access for your contacts, select the Contact Type, Portal Access status and School year from the filters.
  •  Select your contacts from the filtered list, and then grant or revoke access as required.

  • After filtering nd searching > tick the contacts you wish to alter  > Grant Access or Revoke Access
